WHAT can be returned?
Please choose very carefully and check the size charts before ordering. Once your order has been placed it cannot be returned as the item of clothing has been customised for you. If a garment is faulty, ie the stitiching is coming undone, it may be returned for a replacement. 

WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Contact us via phone 040567670 or email to discuss a faulty item. Please do this within 7 days of receiving your garment.

WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Items need to be returned to PO Box 1065, Green Valley, NSW  2168 after discussing any issues with us first.

HOW do customers return items?
Please include the invoice number with the garment returned, or a copy of the tax invoice.

SHIPPING for returns?
Original shipping rates are only refunded if it is deemed the item is faulty and cannot be replaced. Return shipping rates are at the customer's expense. If an item is replaced, shipping the replacement is at the expense of Zynk Custom Clothing.

CREDIT for returns?
Any necessary refunds will be reimbursed to the customer via the payment method gateway.

Instore return option?
If a garment needs to be discussed or a replacement is necessary appointments can be made by phoning 0405670670. Zynk has a showroom in Wetherill Park, NSW.

Packing materials?

Items need to be in orginal packaging for returns.
